PESCE AZZURRO CEFALU’ S.R.L., will be in Brussels from 25 to 27 April 2017 for "European Seafood Expo Global", one of the largest events in the world dedicated to the fish chain and one of the most important occasions in the world of fish, to meet the buyer and rates with companies coming Everywhere in the world.

Italy is present with a 1000 square meter stand from the Ministry of Agricultural Policies
It will host companies throughout the supply chain (fishing, processing, aquaculture) from 13 different regions, including Lazio, Tuscany, Piedmont and Marche. Puglia, Calabria, Sicily, Emilia Romagna with institutional stands.

The Italian pavilion during the three days of the fair will be animated by events, tastings, show-cooking and other events aimed at telling the story of Italy of excellence: quality products, expression of a unique territory rich in art, flavors, traditions, gastronomic culture. 

The topics addressed will be aimed at promoting the Italian food culture, educating about the values ​​of the Mediterranean diet and showing how to better cook and enhance Italian fish in order to eat healthy and tasty.

The traceability of the product and the sustainability of the production process are the key concepts of the Italian presence that intends to promote the responsible consumption of the typical species of our coasts: clam, anchovy, bluefin tuna, scampi, squid, hake, mussel, red prawn and sea bass.

The two starred chefs Massimo Riccioli (Sicilian by origin ) and Tino Vettorello (from Veneto) use the products of the exhibiting companies for a series of show-cooking in the name of Made in Italy gastronomy.
