The FHC is managed by the reference food fair for the Chinese era and the neighboring countries. The event, now in its 23rd edition, is receiving strong interest from Italian food companies also in the main neighboring markets of Southeast Asia: Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.
The Italian agri-food export to China reached 440 million euros in 2018, a front of Chinese tariffs in Italy for 595 million. With a turnover of 127 million euros, Italian wine was the most exported product in China in 2018.
They are followed by the comparison between dairy (33 million euros) and olive oil (27 million), which together account for about 15% of the Italian agri-food turnover in China.
